For the production of uniform fertilizer granules, the vibrating screen separates materials into different particle sizes with high screening efficiency. A vibration motor generates linear motion across the screen surface, allowing fertilizer granules to move forward while being continuously screened.

Materials are separated through different screen meshes according to particle size, with oversized and undersized materials discharged through separate outlets for further processing or collection. Available in both single-deck and double-deck configurations, our vibrating sieve is suits different production requirements.
