Cyclone Dust Collector

Cyclone dust collectors remove dry, non-sticky particles from air streams in fertilizer production and other bulk material processing applications. Incoming air containing dust or debris (usually from a dryer or cooler) enters the cylindrical chamber at high speed and starts to spin.

Baghouse Dust Collector

Baghouse dust collectors remove fine, dry and non-fibrous dust from the air through rows of filter bags made from woven fabric or non-woven felt. During dust collection, larger and heavier particles fall into the hopper as the incoming air slows down, while finer dust remains on the outside of the bags and the cleaned air passes through the filter material before leaving the collector.

Weigh Belt Feeder

Weigh belt feeders continuously measure bulk fertilizers and other loose materials without stopping the conveying process. The weighing system combines a weigh bridge, load cells, belt speed sensor and a controller.
