Urea Granulation System
Annual Capacity: 200,000 Tons
Urea granulation systems produce granular fertilizer by spraying molten urea onto solid fertilizer ingredients while they are mixed inside the granulator. The molten urea provides nitrogen, adds the liquid needed for the particles to bind together, and supplies part of the heat used during granule formation and drying. As the coated particles continue to move through the granulator, they build up layer by layer until they reach the required size. These urea granulation systems are suitable for large-scale fertilizer production and can reach an annual capacity of around 200,000 tons.
