Cage Mill Crusher
Efficient fine crushing for fertilizer raw materials can be achieved with our cage mill crusher, while promoting more uniform material mixing during the process. Its screen-free design prevents material blockage and keeps production running smoothly. The cage mill pulverizing equipment is particularly effective for moisture-sensitive, caking, and high-hardness materials such as urea and diammonium phosphate (DAP).
The cage crusher uses double-layer cage rotors to generate high-speed impact forces of 60–90 m/s. Raw materials enter through the center of the cages, where repeated impact, shearing, and grinding rapidly reduce them into fine particles. The processed material is discharged with a consistent particle size, ready for the next stage of fertilizer production.

- Uniform Fine Crushing
A stationary inner cage and a high-speed rotating outer cage combines impact, shearing, and grinding to deliver thorough crushing with over 90% of the finished material below 1 mm. The result is a consistent particle size that supports stable downstream processing.
- Compact Design with Easy Maintenance
The compact structure occupies only one-third to one-half of the space required by comparable equipment. High-chromium alloy wear parts provide a service life of 3,000–5,000 hours, and the simplified design allows routine maintenance and component replacement to be completed in just 1–2 hours.
